What symptoms have you normalized?

Mood swings. Exhaustion. Poor sleep. Digestive issues. Brain fog. Pain.

Normalizing  symptoms is very common these days. It is the ego’s way of saying I’d rather be comfortable than change. The mind is clever and finds ways to keep us from living fully. Dive in to your excuses. Are they reasonable, usually they are logical, but still just an excuse to prevent action or change. Be aware of what you have normalized, and ask if it’s time to change it up, and ask some new questions.
